Capital Equipment Logistics Planner (East)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan and optimize aircraft load configurations for capital equipment (including oversized and irregular cargo), ensuring approval from airline loadmasters.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with customer service and warehouse teams to ensure proper cargo assembly and on-time shipment delivery.
• Determine ULD requirements and packaging plans, ensuring efficient space utilization and cost optimization.
• Provide training and guidance to freight and warehouse teams, and resolve real-time loading discrepancies using strong problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in air freight, cargo planning, or logistics operations, preferably involving oversized or capital equipment shipments.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities in operational scenarios.
• Excellent time management, teamwork, and coordination skills.

Salary: $5,000 to $7,000
