Shipping Executive (Tuas, 6-Month Contract)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily shipping activities, including preparation of shipping documents.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with export/import regulations and company procedures.
• Track shipments and resolve any delivery or customs issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records and update logistics systems.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in shipping/logistics within manufacturing, medical devices, or healthcare-related industries.
• Strong attention to detail and good coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $2,800 to $3,300
