Restaurant Manager (Fast Food)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage overall restaurant operations to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Develop, train, and evaluate staff to maintain high performance and service standards.
• Oversee inventory management, cost control, and operational efficiency.
• Implement marketing initiatives and drive customer engagement.
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company policies.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of managerial experience in F&B or fast-food operations.
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rotating shifts.

Salary: $3,400 to $4,500
