Service Captain (Italian Restaurant)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery across all sections.
• Deliver comprehensive table service, including order taking, food and beverage recommendations, and guest engagement.
• Handle guest relations professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience from arrival to departure.
• Supervise table allocation, coordinate service flow, and support delivery/takeaway operations where required.
• Operate and monitor POS systems for order processing, billing accuracy, and closing procedures.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Service Captain or similar role in a in a fast-paced F&B environment.
• Strong background in customer service with confidence in handling guest feedback and resolving issues.
• Familiar with reservation platforms (e.g., Chope) and POS systems.
• Good leadership skills with the ability to guide junior service staff.

Salary: $2,800 to $3,500
