Fundraising Executive (North, Healthcare)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and drive donor engagement initiatives to secure financial support and meet organisational funding objectives.
• Build and strengthen partnerships with individuals, businesses, charitable trusts, and other contributors to expand the supporter network.
• Organise outreach programmes, appreciation activities, and giving campaigns to raise awareness and encourage community participation.
• Maintain accurate donor databases, contribution records, and fundraising documentation in accordance with internal procedures.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to coordinate promotional efforts, monitor campaign outcomes, and recommend improvements based on performance insights.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mass Communication or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in donor relations, development, sponsorship acquisition, or resource mobilisation activities.
• Well-organised with effective coordination skills and the ability to manage concurrent projects within tight timelines.
• Demonstrated success in delivering fundraising drives, donor engagement programmes, or community outreach initiatives.
• Genuine interest in supporting the organisation’s vision and contributing towards its social impact objectives.

Salary: $3,000 to $3,800
