Sales & Marketing Manager (Power Electronics, Class 3)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and business development activities within the assigned territory to achieve growth targets.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing plans and strategies to meet sales objectives.
• Work closely with customers and internal design engineers to support product specification and technical clarification based on customer requirements.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and expand market share in targeted industries.

Requirements:

• Possess valid Class 3 License.
• Diploma in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience, supported by good industry connections within Marine, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Utilities, Power Generation, and EPC contractor segments.

Salary: $3,000 to $5,000
