Transport Coordinator (Tuas, LCL, Break-bulk)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Arrange and coordinate local transportation for import and export cargo, including LCL, break-bulk, and oversized shipments.
• Plan delivery schedules and coordinate cargo collection with ports, customers, drivers, and operations teams.
• Assess cargo requirements and assign suitable vehicles or trailers for transportation arrangements.
• Monitor delivery progress, handle operational issues, and provide updates to customers when required.
• Prepare delivery documents, maintain proper records, and support billing and invoicing processes.

Requirements:

• GCE ‘O’ Level and above
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in transport, logistics, or freight coordination.
• Familiar with transportation scheduling and cargo handling processes
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced operational environment
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Salary: $3,000 to $3,500
