Import Export Officer (Tuas, 3PL)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily delivery schedules, trucking movements, and shipment arrangements to ensure smooth operations.
• Liaise with shipping lines, depots, terminals, customers, and internal teams on container collection, release, and return matters.
• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers and relevant parties.
• Prepare job records, verify operational documents, and support billing processes upon job completion.
• Handle customer enquiries, maintain proper documentation, and assist with general operational coordination duties.

Requirements:

• GCE ‘N’ Level and above
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in logistics, trucking, or freight operations.
• Familiar with PORTNET, TradeNet, and trip management systems
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Salary: $2,500 to $3,000
