Quantity Surveyor (Fresh Graduates Welcome)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit progress claims for main contracts with internal approvals.
• Support project team on contract administration, variation orders, and extension of time (EOT) submissions.
• Source quotations, perform cost comparisons, and assist in procurement processes.
• Liaise with consultants and subcontractors on contract clarifications and discrepancies.
• Track material quantities, project costs, and verify claims from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Assist in preparation of final accounts for vendors and subcontractors.
• Support documentation for contracts and handle basic cost-related administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Open to fresh graduates; candidates with relevant experience are advantageous
• Basic understanding of construction costing, contracts, and procurement processes
• Familiar with QS tools/software and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Salary: $3,000 to $4,000
