Geotechnical Engineer (Construction, Alt 6 days)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Review and manage geotechnical works including ERSS, piling, ground improvement, and slope stabilization.
• Interpret soil profiles and assess toe levels for ERSS and related structures.
• Conduct feasibility and optioneering studies for geotechnical designs.
• Analyze instrumentation and monitoring (IM) data and coordinate with consultants to resolve issues.
• Support construction teams by preparing and reviewing geotechnical shop drawings and assisting with authority approvals (LTA, DBC, PUB).

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years’ experience in construction or geotechnical projects.
• Proficient in geotechnical software such as PLAXIS, GeoSlope, and CAD tools.
• Independent, self-motivated, responsible, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with pile testing, pumping tests, and geotechnical safety review processes.

Salary: $4,500 to $6,500
