IT Support Engineer (West, Networking / Cybersecurity)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support via phone, chat, email, and onsite visits, including troubleshooting and fault diagnosis.
• Coordinate with team members and vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
• Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical customers.
• Stay updated on IT and security products, solutions, and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Diploma in IT or equivalent
• At least 2 years’ hands-on experience in networking or cybersecurity support.
• Motivated, fast learner, and passionate about technology.
• Able to work on the following rotating shifts:
  • 7.00am – 4.00pm
  • 9.00am – 6.00pm
  • 2.00pm – 11.00pm

Salary: $3,500 to $4,000
