Business Development Executive (Tuas, M&E & Building Services)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver technical proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships across projects.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure solutions meet technical standards and project timelines.
• Manage quotations, tenders, and contract negotiations while providing after-sales support.
• Track industry trends and represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and client site visits.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Material Science, or equivalent
• At least 2 years of sales experience in construction, building, or M&E consultancy industries.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills with customer-centric mindset.
• Results-driven, self-disciplined, and able to manage multiple services/projects simultaneously.

Salary: $3,200 to $4,000
