M&E Coordinator (HDB, Condo, and Landed)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate M&E installation works and liaise with contractors and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with design drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Support troubleshooting of M&E systems and resolve installation challenges.
• Monitor site progress and report issues.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years’ experience in M&E works for HDB, Condo, and Landed projects.
• Knowledge of M&E systems, site coordination, and construction standards.
• Ability to interpret M&E drawings and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams.

Salary: $3,800 to $6,000
