Sales Engineer (Tuas, Mechanical / Industrial)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support the preparation of sales proposals, costings, and technical documentation for mechanical and industrial solutions.
• Provide basic technical clarifications to clients and assist in coordinating follow-ups on enquiries.
• Help the team identify potential leads, collect market insights, and track ongoing opportunities.
• Work with internal engineers to verify specifications, solution details, and project requirements.
• Assist with customer servicing tasks, including updates, coordination, and post-delivery technical matters.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
• Around 3 years of experience in technical support, engineering assistance, or sales engineering roles.
• Working knowledge of mechanical systems, machinery, or industrial equipment.
• Able to communicate technical concepts clearly to both customers and internal teams.
• Strong organisational skills, proactive work attitude, and willingness to take on client-facing tasks.

Salary: $3,500 to $5,000
