Sales Manager (Tuas, Mechanical / Industrial)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Formulate and roll out commercial plans to expand market presence for mechanical and industrial solutions.
• Guide and support a team of sales personnel to meet organisational goals and revenue expectations.
• Offer technically grounded advice to customers on machinery, engineered components, and system configurations.
• Build new business pipelines while strengthening ties with existing partners and industry contacts.
• Prepare project briefs, cost proposals, and sales materials with accurate technical inputs.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in commercial or business development roles within mechanical/industrial sectors.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, equipment, and engineered products.
• Demonstrated ability to advise clients on technical matters and propose tailored solutions.
• Experience supervising sales teams and achieving commercial targets.

Salary: $5,000 to $7,000
