Retail Supervisor (Retail, Islandwide)

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of a designated product category, including inventory control, pricing accuracy, product presentation, and sales performance analysis.
• Create and implement initiatives to boost sales growth while aligning category goals with the overall objectives of the store.
• Provide training, coaching, and support to retail staff to enhance product knowledge, customer service, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with merchandising teams and suppliers to address promotional activities and resolve issues, ensuring a positive customer shopping experience.

Requirements:

• GCE O Level and above
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in retail sales.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, pricing strategies, and visual merchandising.

Salary: $2,400 to $2,700
