Accounting / Coordination

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations including office coordination, filing, vendor communication, and supporting internal teams.
  • Handle basic accounting functions such as Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP), including invoice processing and payment follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for tracking expenses, reporting, and other operational data.
  • Assist with documentation, record-keeping, and ensuring compliance with internal processes and timelines.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Management/Accountancy or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of working experience
  • Proficiency in MS Excel

Salary: $3,000 to $4,000
