Crewing Manager (MPA, ICA, MOM)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate crew deployment, scheduling, and certification matters in accordance with industry regulations.
• Ensure vessels are adequately staffed with qualified personnel and in line with maritime standards.
• Manage crew-related documentation, welfare, payroll, and training records.
• Handle recruitment, selection, and onboarding of seafarers while liaising with approved crewing agents.
• Support internal audits, manage visa/work pass applications, and stay updated on statutory crewing requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree in HR, Business, or Maritime related discipline.
• At least 5 years of marine crewing management experience.
• Familiar with MPA, ICA, MOM processes, and crew certification handling.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Salary: $5,000 to $7,000
