Architectural Coordinator (LTA, 5.5 days)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist the team leader in coordinating architectural works, ensuring compliance with design and regulatory requirements.
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical details, highlighting any discrepancies for resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams and manage DAR submissions and approval documentation.
• Organize and participate in coordination meetings with contractors, LTA, AE, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee site installations, mock-up inspections, and trade demos to ensure alignment with project standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Architecture or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant experience with a main contractor, having handled LTA projects.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to manage subcontractors effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.

Salary: $3,500 to $5,000
