Group Accountant (Listed, Property / Audit)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full spectrum of accounting tasks for subsidiaries, covering accounts payable and receivable.
• Manage rental billing, monitor outstanding payments, and handle intercompany transactions such as management fees and reimbursements.
• Conduct monthly reconciliations for bank accounts and intercompany balances, ensuring financial accuracy.
• Handle tax-related responsibilities, including tax computations, GST submissions, and liaising with auditors during financial reviews.
• Prepare and review financial reports, budgets, and consolidated statements in compliance with IFRS, supporting board meetings and annual reporting requirements.

Requirements:

• ACCA or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in financial consolidation in the Audit/Property industry.
• Strong IFRS expertise and advanced Excel skills.

Salary: $5,000 to $6,000
