F&B District Manager (Foodcourt, Class 3)

Our client is a well-established food and beverage company.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide Senior/Foodcourt Managers and F&B Supervisors to achieve sales targets, maintain smooth daily operations, and ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational workflows.
• Manage relationships with landlords, authorities, and stall tenants, handle lease renewals, negotiate terms, and ensure timely rental collection.
• Oversee financial and operational performance, manage budgets, and propose activities to improve sales, while providing regular performance and financial reports to senior management.
• Ensure high standards of hygiene, service, and quality, conduct regular checks, and provide feedback to improve service and operational excellence across food stalls.

Requirements:

• Diploma in F&B/Supply Chain or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in managing foodcourt operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Possess Class 3 License

Salary: $3,000 to $4,000
