Senior Quantity Surveyor (Maincon, Building Project)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for taking off quantities, sourcing sub-contractors & suppliers, pricing and preparation of tender submission.
• Carry out site measurement and evaluate price comparison and costing summary.
• Project administration and documentation including preparation of interim valuations, pricing and agreement of contract variations, update claim submissions, preparation of final accounts.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• At least 4 years working as a Quantity Surveyor in building construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of building condition of contract.

Salary: $4,000 to $5,500
