Roles & Responsibilities:
- Configure semiconductor backend equipment.
- Align equipment/modules and perform vision alignment and calibration.
- Conduct machine checkout procedures.
- Provide technical support on-site, both domestically and internationally.
Requirements:
- Nitec in Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience
- Proficient in machinery automation, including electrical, servo, sensor, and pneumatic systems.
Salary: $2,500 to $3,500
